Bill Pay Update Details

In March, we are updating our Bill Pay interface and will be rolling out a fresh, simplified look. In addition to the updated look and feel, we will be removing the need to sign into Bill Pay separately from Online Banking.

As a result of the update, you will not be able to schedule payments or see payment history from March 6th through March 12th. It is very important for you to schedule any payments before these dates as scheduled payments will still process during this time.

After the update:

  • You will no longer need to sign into Bill Pay separately. Beginning Tuesday, March 13th, you will automatically be signed into Bill Pay when you sign in to Online Banking. This will offer more convenience because the fewer usernames and passwords that you have to remember, the better!
  • You will see an updated design and layout. The update will provide you with a much cleaner, easier, and simpler layout and a more organized functionality with easier to find features.
