The first time you long into Online Banking you may see an uniformity image. This image is set to change each time you login until you reset it yourself. Your temporary Online Banking ID will be your account number, and your temporary password is set to lowercase “scu” and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to create an alpha-numeric User ID (that begins with a letter), to use with the upgraded system. When changing your password your current password is lowercase “scu” and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Your new password must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. For more detailed step-by-step instructions please click here.
